PEACE PARTNERS

We at LMPC agree that “There can be no justice without peace and there can be no peace without justice” (Martin Luther King, Jr., December 14, 1967).  Thus, we support the work of peacemakers not only here at home, but also around the world.  Some of the organizations whose work we endorse and support are listed below.  We invite you to visit their websites and determine how you might be able to support their work as well.
Christian Peacemaker Teams (https://www.cpt.org/) :  Partnering with nonviolent movements around the world, CPT seeks to embody an inclusive, ecumenical and diverse community of God’s love.
Sabeel (https://www.fosna.org/about/sabeel):  Sabeel is an international peace movement initiated by Palestinian Christians who seek a just peace as defined by international law and existing United Nations resolutions.
